Floor Coverings International

I am really happy with my new floors! The work was done in 2 days. I had them remove the tile in my entryway and it looks so much brighter! Mark and his staff were so patient and helpful with picking out the color and type(Laminate). Several other units in our condo building have used this service and I definitely would recommend them. I selected FCI from a list of top contractors in the region. The team has done a great job replacing all stairs in my townhouse from carpet to hardwood. I was under a tight deadline and wanted everything done before my move-in date. FCI team was able to complete three floors of stairs in 3 days with great quality. The cost is very competitive in the market with the same level of good quality.

These folks were amazing to deal with. The initial walkthrough was quick and painless. The quoting process was easy too. We had a tight turnaround time so they directed us to the locally stocked products. Once it came to installation, that too was amazing. They were in and out and the final product looks great.

I couldn’t be happier with the flooring work this company delivered. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and truly impressive. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly, and treated my home with respect. Their craftsmanship is top-notch — every cut, seam, and transition looks flawless. They helped me choose the right materials, explained the process in detail, and completed the job exactly on schedule. The quality of installation completely transformed the space. You can tell they take pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and honest flooring company, this is the one. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful floors done right the first time!

We had a great experience working with Floor Coverings International, who we worked with to re-carpet two stairways. We were able to schedule an estimate in the evening after work, in which they brought a series of samples for us. FCI has the entire range of very high-end to cheaper ones, so we picked one in-between that we loved. We also got waterproof covering for pets and under-cushion to prevent slippage on our stairs. They also gave us the option of fixing a squeaky floor board, which was a great added extra for us. They were even able to work slightly with us on the price. The installers were very nice en left everything clean. We love our newly re- carpeted stairs. It’s going to be great for our family for years! I would definitely work with Floor Coverings International again in the future.
