Floor Coverings International provided updated flooring for my mom’s condo. Phillip and the team went above and beyond to meet our tight timeframe and Phillip was super responsive and made me feel like I was his most important customer!!! The installation team completed the project faster than promised and they came back right away to make changes that were not on the original job order. On time and efficient service. I was hoping to get my old stairs replaced before the Thanksgiving holiday and Floor Covering was able to make it on time with such short period of notice. I contacted Andrea for an estimate about 2 weeks ago and she was able to help me find the tread and vinyl matches my current floor. I only had a limited budget and they made the stair nice and sturdy. A lot better than it was before. Great customer service and great quality of flooring needs. Can’t wait to host my families during the holidays with this new nice stairs.

Workers were on time and professional. Got everything done quickly without foregoing quality with both existing removal and install. I fell the company is honest and works hard for their clients to secure future business partnership flooring needs with their clients. They are family run which I have appreciated and respect. I would definitely use them again for my flooring needs for my home and also my rental properties.
