Andrei did a great job replacing the old fir floors in my 1910 craftsman (which were falling apart) with new white oak flooring. His team did the whole project while I was gone on vacation for a week. He also had a tile guy put in my tile under my new fireplace. My neighbor saw my floors and was so impressed he immediately hired him to redo his floors with reclaimed wood, and was thrilled with the results. It’s hard to find hard working and skilled peiple with reasonable prices, and I feel fortunate to have found Andrei and his team.I’m rehiring them to redo the LVP in my basement next.
Andrew is awesome to work with. We got two floors of hardwood done with his team. They were punctual and accommodated our tight timeline. The quality of work was superb. One floor required sanding on existing hardwood and matching with the newly installed rooms and another floor was done entirely. Andrew and his crew are terrific. They installed our bamboo resin flooring and two bamboo staircases, including landings, treads, and risers. It looks beautiful! They did top-notch work, were reasonably priced, and went above and beyond, even helping us reduce the squeaks in our 100-year-old subfloor. At first we weren't sure what type of wood we'd use on the stairs, and Andrew worked with us to figure it out, giving suggestions based on his experience and contacts. Highly recommend him and his crew! They're also punctual, professional, and reliable.
