After finally reaching you by phone late morning, you said you would come on Thursday without fail... and still no sign from you on Thursday! We tried to contact you and left messages repeatedly until midday. Four days later, we still haven't received any reply.You were aware of the importance of respecting the deadline, as other tradespeople were waiting for you. The plan was to apply the products on Friday to allow for drying over the weekend and on Remembrance Day (commercial location). So, late Thursday, we contacted another company (a competitor) who understood the problem and came to complete the work urgently on Friday morning. I'm truly sorry to have to write such a message, but I hope you will consider it constructive.
What terrible service! They came to give me an estimate, told me three times they were coming to do the work, and then nobody showed up. Very disappointing. Plus, they block people on Facebook to avoid bad reviews. This is a pretty awful company.
