I placed an order with FloorBox before great people and service. This time around I placed my order and paid 150$ shipping. The next day someone is reaching out saying I need to pay 75$ more toward shipping fees. Very disappointed that I paid 150$ and still had to drive 10km one way to pick up my order. Will think twice next time before ordering with FloorBox.
Very good experience after all - while there were some issues with two orders placed for some tactile tiles (website prices, order missing, received only partial) - the store handled professionally and today I have received the balance of the order. Recently placed a few orders and had excellent customer service from Elsa L.My order was defaulting to shipping from out of town locations but she was able to reroute to a local warehouse so I could pick up the order and save the shipping expenses. I even forgot to add a few items to my second order and she offered me free shipping on the third one because both orders were placed the same day.Very friendly, helpful, and quick responses!
