I highly recommend Flooring Direct. Dmitriy and his staff help you make the best decision about what product to purchase, and the craftspeople who do the installation do a thorough job. We had them install luxury vinyl over decades-old sheet vinyl that was showing its age, and were very pleased. When we needed some carpet replaced, we did not need to look anywhere but Flooring Direct. Attached is a sample photo of the new hallway carpet transitioning into the first floor bath.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Direct Flooring. Honestly, it is so rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind their work the way they do, and that is what really sets them apart for me.
?We recently had flooring installed, and while the initial job looked great, we started noticing some annoying squeaks in a few spots shortly after. I was dreading making the call, expecting a hassle or hidden fees to get it looked at. I was completely wrong. They were incredibly responsive and sent a team back out right away. They fixed every single squeak without hesitation and, most importantly, at absolutely no charge. They genuinely wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with the final result.
?Beyond their integrity, their communication is top-notch—they respond fast and never leave you hanging. To top it all off, their pricing was extremely competitive compared to other quotes we received. You usually expect to pay a premium for this level of service, but Direct Flooring offers the best of both worlds. If you need new floors, look no further!

His ctew replaced the subfloor and installed all new flooring and trim. Absolutely beautiful floors and install. Great installers. I have so many compliments from people. VERY happy with this company. You don't get this great customer service and quality anymore except with flooring direct. Great prices too. Please go to flooring direct. He will keep in touch to ensure everything is exceptional and worry free.

We bought some carpet and LVP from Flooring Direct with installation. Dmitriy came onsite to do our estimation. He's very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. Definitely an industry pro. George in sales did a great job at helping us understand our options, answered any of our questions thoroughly and set us up with the exact right materials for a stairwell and a bathroom/utility room. He was also very efficient in coordinating the installation. Alex installed our LVP and it looks absolutely brilliant and really brought some life to the bathroom. Finally, their team that handled the stairwell carpet were fast, clean, efficient and made it look amazing. I can tell after all was said and done that the materials and installation was built to last. I would highly recommend the team at flooring direct and would definitely use them again in the future!

We ended up going to flooring direct it was far less stressful buying decision, it was also a much of better deal, and it was much quicker on installation. The whole buying experience was Far smoother, and less of a hassle no pushiness, and within 3 days they had us taken care of, and it was above and beyond our expectations.
