We had them install luxury vinyl over decades-old sheet vinyl that was showing its age, and were very pleased. We had a water leak that damaged our floors and subflooring. Dimitri brought flooring samples and even recommended color and brand of flooring. He is so kind and very knowledgeable. His ctew replaced the subfloor and installed all new flooring and trim. Absolutely beautiful floors and install. Great installers. I have so many compliments from people. VERY happy with this company. You don't get this great customer service and quality anymore except with flooring direct. Great prices too. Please go to flooring direct. We bought some carpet and LVP from Flooring Direct with installation. Dmitriy came onsite to do our estimation. He's very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. Definitely an industry pro. George in sales did a great job at helping us understand our options, answered any of our questions thoroughly and set us up with the exact right materials for a stairwell and a bathroom/utility room. He was also very efficient in coordinating the installation. Alex installed our LVP and it looks absolutely brilliant and really brought some life to the bathroom. Finally, their team that handled the stairwell carpet were fast, clean, efficient and made it look amazing. I can tell after all was said and done that the materials and installation was built to last. I would highly recommend the team at flooring direct and would definitely use them again in the future!
My wife and I had gone to Carpet Liquidators floor and more Etc before finally going to flooring Direct. We ended up going to flooring direct it was far less stressful buying decision, it was also a much of better deal, and it was much quicker on installation. The whole buying experience was Far smoother, and less of a hassle no pushiness, and within 3 days they had us taken care of, and it was above and beyond our expectations.
