Acadian Hardwood Floors

Mr. Scott did an amazing job refinishing our floor. He matched the color to our future hardwood floors that will be installed soon. His attention to detail is above board! Scott and his helper are very professional, smart and helpful. We asked for a super glossy Polly shine and boy does it shine!!! All shoe molding was installed perfectly and square with no gaps. He even helped us fix a rub from a few doors. Which we can now open all the way. Thank you. Lastly, we have had wood floors refinished in our other home and it was no match for Arcadian. Much much nicer. Thanks to Arcadian we have an amazing refinished floors thank you for everything.

Wish you can give a zero... Scott is a month over due, and still leaving this unfinished job to take other people's money( other people be warned) Constantly lies about when the floors will be finished, and about his quality of work. How can someone be a month over due and still say they need more time because they haven't bought the materials promised to be used? (Again a month over due)

Our floors were covered up by carpet for many years. After the renters moved out we decided to resurrect the hardwood tiles. They’re gorgeous!! Mr. Holtby helped us with decisions all along the way. We would definitely use him and his company again.

Mr. Scott did a great job refinishing the hardwood floors in my house! When I originally called him to come in and measure the house for a quote, he was able to come the very next day! He gave me the quote and explained how the entire process would work. Once he actually started work on the floors, he ran into a few issues that would increase the price of the original quote. (There were some bad pet stains that needed to be removed from the floors, and some of the base boards were damaged from our own previous attempts at sanding ourselves.) He informed us of the issues, told us how much additional cost would be involved, and of course asked our permission before doing anything that would cost us more than the original quote. We agreed to have him remove the pet stains but said we would just take care of the base boards ourselves. He made this really neat mixture that removed the black stains from the floor - I was very impressed! Mr. Scott was very thorough in his explanations of what would be going on each day. With removing the pet stains, the job took slightly longer than originally expected, but it was worth it! Mr. Scott even came on the weekend to work and get the job completed in a timely manner, even though we didn't ask him to do so. I thought that was very kind of him! Overall, we had a great experience with Acadian Hardwood Floors!
