My new laminate flooring is finished! Beautiful! We worked with Adolfo who was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He gave us good advice. The demo workers and the installers were very hard working and considerate. The floors look amazing and we’re very pleased with our beautiful home after Flooring 101 transformed it!!
Avoid at all cost. Had flooring installed and after a year it started to come up. Called flooring 101 to get someone out as it was a warranty claim they dodged my calls emails and in person visits for over a year and a half finally on the phone with someone I said, where can I send a registered letter and they have someone out within a week. Within a day they called and told me that my warranty was voided as they had found “moisture” the moisture was from a slab leak that had occurred over a year after I had initially tried to get them to come out currently have a claim in with the Better Business Bureau, but flooring 101 and its staff have been extremely difficult, rude and intentionally avoidant and all areas throughout the process. Have receipts to confirm avoid at all cost.
The floors are beautiful, the pricing was amazing, the work was done in a neat and timely manner.We love the quality of both the work and the product--down to the reinstalling of the baseboards. The crew worked around our busy household with friendliness.The whole operation was all good, all top-notch.But the thing that stood out to me--and the reason we chose Flooring 101 was Michael Rossi, the store's manager. His manner, was relaxed, confident and patient with my many questions and concerns. I felt comfortable, listened to, seen and valued. That's what kept me coming back to this store as I narrowed down which flooring store I would ultimately choose.We've dealt with a lot of flooring issues and flooring companies in the past, and this Flooring 101 store--and Michael Rossi in particular--have earned our respect, our trust, our business and our utmost recommendation.
