Anthony was extremely gracious & called the factory for me to help me find a replacement for some carpet. He then quickly got back with me with the results, despite the fact that I do not live near the store & would not have been able to purchase from him. He definitely went the extra mile!
I love that they have such a great variety of flooring, even outdoor tiles! However when I selected a hardwood floor, the salesman quoted a higher price than he had originally. We looked at so many, he probably thought I'd forgotten each price or maybe he had. When I told him it was higher than his original quote, he regrouped and crossed out the higher price per foot and added a lower number by 1 cent! Still higher than the quote he got over the phone and communicated to me minutes ago. I just left. I hate that their sales people have so much leeway. I'll be back when that guy isn't there. Not sure if that will help, but I'm buying over 1k feet. And an extra 69 cents a foot makes a big difference.
I did my flooring project with Simi Valley flooring guys I had a very bad experience with BOb I think he is the owner of the company I raised my claim and he said I don’t know after that when I called distributor he said bob is the main point since I paid to him within 1 year product getting so bad and he said it’s dust in all the living room it’s dust.? Am totally disappointed guys please be careful before buying check my floor pictures before taking any decision and it’s being around 2 months nothing happened no fix k called anything am keep calling and texting him this is ridiculous this is how you treat customers PLEASE Stay AWAY

I saw that Simi Flooring had a special promotion for Ventura County residents, and had a great selection online, so I have decided to check out their store. I was surprised to see that their selection exceeded their online options, and by far any other flooring store in the area. I bought the Urban Floor Royal Court Hardwood, Black/Viceroy. Beautiful, great price and I got excellent service. Unexpectedly I also came during the holidays so I got an extra rebate. Great buy...
