Ventura Flooring

My forever flooring story. I had to replace tenant destroyed carpeting. Went to Ventura Flooring to learn what would be best for my situation. Hami was great and showed me a myriad of options. He has it all, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, tile, and carpeting.
I originally thought that I would go to Home Depot and select a product from them because I felt that they would stand behind their installation in the event that I ran into any type of problem. Boy was I mis-informed. 1. I learned from a friend that had installed a vinyl plank floor from Home Depot that had a broken plank after about 12 months. Home Depot told them to talk to the Home Depot selected contractor that installed it. He was no where to be found. 2. Home Depot had a very limited selection of product compared to Ventura Flooring. 3. Home Depot would not install the vinyl plank on stairs! What!
When I went to Ventura Flooring Hami explained that the installation is very important depending on what type of flooring is being installed and also somewhat dependent upon what it is being installed over. Hami did a great job educating me. Leveling the floor for vinyl plank products prior to installation is imperative to ensure that problems do not occur down the road (that was the Home Depot installation shortcoming).
My installation occurred just prior to Christmas. The installation took 1+ days. My daughter-in-law did her flooring about 3 weeks before I chose Ventura Flooring. She used another vendor and her installation took 2 weeks for less square footage than I had! She had to move all her furniture, I did not have to move any, the installer moved all. Finally and most importantly, the installation from Ventura Flooring was exquisite. I put all new baseboards down and the installers caulked everything so nicely despite finishing all on Dec. 24th. I liked the job so much I tipped each of the installers at the end of the job.
Yes I am very happy with the product I selected, the installation, and the dramatic appearance this flooring made to my property. Yes I will go back to Ventura Flooring for other flooring needs. However, I feel the product and installation fulfills my forever requirement. Thanks Hami!

Wow!! Just WOW!! I have a condo with 33-year-old carpet that needed an upgrade to laminate flooring and Colin @ Ventura Flooring was terrific in suggesting some great floor ideas. I waited a few weeks and three guys came over on time and got to work moving my furniture around and ripping out my yucky carpet. From 8:30am to 3:30pm they worked tirelessly and quickly, putting in laminate flooring that looked awesome! They cleaned everything up, and even repurposed some custom baseboards! Fantastic work! Highly recommended!!

After more than 30 years of having carpet in our home, my husband and I decided to replace everything with laminate flooring and tile. Ventura flooring replaced my carpets with hardwood. Colin was great to work with and gave me a very competitive price. The crew was punctual , finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. I have recommended him to friends who have been equally pleased.

Not only was Ventura Flooring cheaper, but the service was AMAZING!

Hami and Sal, are both knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sale.
They explained each component of the carpet and assisted with finding the ideal carpet for me.

I had the carpet ordered and installed in less than 8 business days.
The installers were very nice and professional. They made sure to cleanup after and even vacuumed!
