Luke was an awesome sales rep. He answered all my questions and wasn't pushing me to buy what I couldn't afford. 2 men installed my carpet (Heber and sorry dont know the name of the other) and they were both courteous and respectful. After it was installed Luke made sure I was happy with the finished work. I will recommend to others. Thank you Luke and Heber.

Luke and Josh provided amazing service for our house. Not only are we extremely happy with the products (carpet, LVP and vinyl) and how everything turned out, but they were also genuinely great people to work with throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and kind. What stood out the most was how much they truly cared about making sure we were happy at the end of the day. That level of customer care is hard to find.

Absolutely wonderful company to work with!! 1) We bought kitchen and living room flooring from them 7 years ago. Still looks brand new and beautiful. 2) We bought carpet from them and had them install it around a year ago. 3) This year our basement flooded. They walked me through how to get it properly dried. Then they came to replace the padding and relay the carpet. All for a very fair price. Their customer service is amazing and soo easy to work with!! Their installers do great work and are very nice! I won’t go anywhere but here for flooring.
