The flooring (luxury vinyl plank) sold to us and installed by Knova’s Carpets is awesome! We are very pleased with how it turned out. Nick worked with me to choose the floor I wanted. He provided options in varying price points and gave me the advantages and disadvantages of each. He didn’t try to pressure me in any way.
