Very disappointed with this company. The carpet installation started in November 2025 and, as of February 28th, 2026, it still is not completely finished. What should have been a straightforward job has dragged on for months with no clear resolution.The installation work that has been completed appears rushed in areas, and the lack of urgency in finishing the project is frustrating. Communication throughout this process has been poor, and getting updates has been difficult.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this companyUpdate. April 13th 2026 and still isn't fixed. They came out to measure in March and no up date on anything.
We have been purchasing from Mozak’s for over 2 decades now. And we have been pleased with everything we’ve bought. We have filled our living, family & bedrooms with their top quality furniture. The sales team is amazing especially Monica. And the delivery guys Matt & Connor are just as professional & prompt.
Matt and Conner went above and beyond on the delivery of my new lift chair. I would give them a 10 plus. Also Madison our sales girl was awesome prompt and very accommodating! Would also give a 10 plus. Great place to buy furniture!
I shopped and compared price for twin beds in Sioux City, and Mozak was competitive and had the quality I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was great. They put together the bed frames and arranged where I wanted the furniture were polite and professional. I will return for my furniture purchases. Thank you Mozak!Pam Fulton
Mozak's has a nice variety and selection of both furniture and flooring. They can help with your kitchen/bathroom remodels or new builds for cabinets, countertops, showers, and tile work too. The store is COZY with plenty of options!! Their displays are usually different and changing to stay on top of trends. They are always PROMPT to deliver and install. Unbeatable prices, and their friendly, expert staff are as helpful as you'd like. I highly recommend checking out this store for your home furnishing needs!
