After floor shopping for months on end we found Dakota Floors. Josh worked with us, patiently answered all our questions and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't be happier with our solid red oak floors! Highly recommend!

Josh at Dakota Flooring was outstanding! We needed flooring in our home that could withstand 6 kids and a dog! We replaced our upstairs about 2 years ago and main floor this past year with oak hardwood. It is still as beautiful as the day we put it in. We were very nervous that it would scratch and look bad with the amount of traffic in our home from kids, family, and friends. Thanks to Josh we are so glad we decided to go with the oak flooring! We have used Dakota Floors on 3 different occasions for installing and/or modifying wood floor installation, as well as tile installation in different portions of our home. In each of those cases, we obviously pay attention to pricing and quality considerations, but moreover, we want to know that our product and service providers stand behind their promises and actually answer their phones to discuss issues of relevance when necessary. As private consumers, we have similar expectations of the same level of service. Josh Hofer and Dakota Floors have answered that call each and every time we have determined to purchase and install a product from them. The level of communication before, during, and after the installation process has been second-to-none.
