We have used Dakota Floors on 3 different occasions for installing and/or modifying wood floor installation, as well as tile installation in different portions of our home. As private consumers, we have similar expectations of the same level of service. Josh Hofer and Dakota Floors have answered that call each and every time we have determined to purchase and install a product from them. The level of communication before, during, and after the installation process has been second-to-none.
