Our old, original tile and hardwood floors were lifting in multiple places due to a less-than-optimal installation when the house was built. We called Billy at Floor-It, and after an inspection he gave us the advice and information we needed to decide the best way forward. The installation got done ahead of schedule with no hiccups at all, and it looks amazing. In addition to all that he and his crew were beyond professional and friendly to boot. I could not have asked for a better experience, and can 100% recommend them!
Billy and his team just finished installing vinyl flooring in about 90% of my house, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The floors look amazing, and he actually finished almost two days earlier than expected. He showed up on time, worked hard every day, and cleaned up everything before he left. You can tell he’s old school; he’s been in the business for over 20 years and really knows his craft. On top of that, his price was nearly $1,500 less than his millennial competitor, and the quality speaks for itself. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants great work done by someone who takes real pride in what they do.

Billy & George did a phenomenal job on my new-construction home, with multiple types of flooring--ceramic tile, carpet, marble tile, vinyl (wood laminate look, but far more durable & scratch/stain resistant)!! From the initial selection process, to providing guidance on what to get (self-contracted), patient explanations, going the extra mile and then some for pickup etc...and of course a meticulous & impeccable installation through finished product...all with courteous coordination and punctuality. This company & these guys are THE BEST & we're loving our PERFECT floors!
