Bought two 6x9 rugs March 2024. I made it clear I wanted something durable and easy to clean as I had pets at home. I was sold two rugs and told how much better and more durable they’d be than the garbage sold online.

The first rug was ruined in about a week- I couldn’t get the pet stain out even after using the professional service they recommended. They offered me a free complimentary 4x6 rug which I declined since I ordered a 6x9. They would not stand by the product/said it was likely my fault from using too many cleaners.

Rug 2 now holds 1st place in my house for hardest rug to clean, and is on its way to the trash. Each rug cost me about $500 which I was ok with thinking these would be my “forever” rugs and I was happy to support a local business, but 1 year later it was just $1000 in the trash.
