The builder used this company to install our floors. Less than a year in the house and the floors started popping and splitting at the corners. There were areas where you can tell the floors were layed over dirt and or spackle. After two years of back and forth and continuously being avoided, I finally got them to come out and replace our floors. The floors are ok but I was told they would put our baseboards back up and paint them. Lies! They damaged most of them when they removed them and barely put them back on. There are still baseboards falling apart all around the house, and they never patched them or painted them! Now I’m out hundreds of dollars having to replace and paint baseboards. All because they did not install our floors correctly from the beginning.

Terrible quality carpet and even worse and very sloppy installation. Jagged tile. Seems and humps and loose threads all in the carpet. This is the first bad review I’ve ever done in my life. Completely destroyed my walls in the process too. Salesman treated me like I was supposed to know everything about flooring and like me asking questions and taking my time was an annoyance. I should’ve walked then, I learned my lesson for sure. Tried to get them to fix it and haven’t heard a peep since. Zero of my furniture sits level in the new tile when before it all did. Maybe if you raise hell and force them to be perfect thruout the process you’ll have better results. Good luck.
