He was very knowledgeable, on time, helpful, and the estimate was what we were charged. Shari was always helpful when we called. She was pleasant and helpful also. We will definitely refer people to your company. We love our refinished floors! Thank you Functional Floors. The first 4 pictures are of our hardwood floors before they were refinished. Zach, the team lead, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. He took the time to walk us through the process, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way.

The quality of the work is outstanding. Our floors look absolutely beautiful—better than we even imagined! The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home.

I don't tend to leave reviews, but with such a major and costly project as having floors refinished I think it's important to have as much information as possible to help make a decision.

With that said, I couldn't be happier with my experience having Functional Floors refinish our 1950s homes original hardwood floors.

Everyone that we worked with was amazing. Sherry, Dan, Flo, and Tim were all great. Sherry was helpful and prompt with helping us set up our appointments, Dan was a huge joy to talk with while he was taking measurements and giving us our final price, and Flo and Tim did an excellent job bringing our floors back to life.

Flo and Tim were very respectful and kept my home tidy while they were working, and cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. My biggest concern going into this project was dust, but aside from a tiny amount in the hallway outside of the rooms being worked on I didn't notice anything. Even our basement stayed perfectly clean, despite having drop ceilings and an opening from one of the rooms directly into the basement.

I really can't stress enough how incredible of a job they did with our floors, especially one of the rooms which had severe water damage to the finish. Our price was very reasonable, and we couldn't be happier with the way the floors turned out.
