Cannot recommend this flooring store enough! Eric was patient with me when I changed my mind more times than I would like to admit. We had most of the flooring in our new home replaced with them. The shopping experience was great, never felt rushed or pushed into something that didn’t feel right. The installation process for the hard floors was great, Terry is amazing!! For carpeting, we have the stairs being done and the attention to detail is amazing, they communicate every step of the process and make sure things are done correctly. They will be the only flooring company I ever work with or recommend.
I have bought several carpets from Main Floor Carpet One, but this last experience was the BEST! Michelle helped me focus (there is a lot to choose from there!) and I was able to find just what I was looking for. She even helped expedite the cutting and binding process (right before the holiday no less) so it would be ready for the holidays! We are/were thrilled and are so grateful!! Can't say enough good things about our experience!
As an interior designer, I have used Carpet One on numerous projects. Erik Hill, Michelle and Terry have been incredible folks to work with! Carpet One has always been very fair with their pricing, and they have a vast variety of quality products and materials to choose from. Their installers are top notch professionals. But, beyond all of that, this company goes above and beyond for their clients, showing how much they really care. The integrity at Carpet One is unparalleled! I highly, highly recommend them!
We had an excellent experience with this retailer. The salesperson understood what we were looking for and made knowledgeable suggestions for specific products that suited us. The installers (both carpet and vinyl plank) arrived exactly when expected, did a beautiful job, and cleaned everything up perfectly. We are very happy with both the process and the final result.
