I recently had Refloor install (February 2026)luxury vinyl plank flooring (tile-look planks)throughout my main living areas, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations start to finish, Refloor delivered professional, high-quality work that has completely transformed my home.

The installation team, led by Rami, was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job in a timely manner without any unnecessary delays. What really stood out was their meticulous attention to detail—every plank was precisely cut, aligned, and laid with care to ensure seamless transitions, perfectly straight lines, and no visible gaps or unevenness. They took the time to double-check corners, edges, and high-traffic areas, resulting in a flawless, polished finish that looks absolutely professional.

A big shoutout also goes to the coordinator, Modena, who kept everything running smoothly. Communication was clear and responsive from the initial consultation through to the final walkthrough. Modena made sure all my questions were answered, the schedule was respected, and any minor adjustments were handled promptly and with a positive attitude.

The new tile plank flooring is durable, beautiful, and exactly what I envisioned—water-resistant, easy to clean, and it adds a modern, upscale feel to the space. Refloor's process was hassle-free, with great pricing and no hidden fees.

If you're considering new flooring, I highly recommend Refloor. Their combination of skilled installers like Rami, excellent coordination from Modena, and top-notch results make them a standout choice. Turned out beautiful. Hassan, the installer and crew were skilled, detailed and took pride in their work. My salesperson , Lindsay was thorough and informative. The people at Refloor were all great and communicated with me throughout the process. Price isn’t cheap, but nothing is. Very happy with the project.

Hassan did a great job on the install. He's personable and professional. He kept me involved as things developed and the look in the kitchen and stairs is amazing! Jean kept me up to date as we approached the install date and was great to work with regarding any questions I might have. This is the second installation I've done with Refloor and am likely to do more!!

Beautiful job. Installers were efficient and professional, apologies, I forgot their names but they were great. My contact Tammy was very helpful and always checking in on the status of everything, from the installers arrival and how things were going to the end of the job. I would recommend Refloor to anyone interested in getting a floor. Also, Sean the salesperson was good. I've already recommended them to 3 people.

I have mixed feelings about this company. The sales person Maxwell was very informative & seemed very thorough. Decided to go with Refloor without getting another estimate. He measured incorrectly for our subfloor in the living room. We needed an additional 1/4” plywood on top of the supposed 3/4 “ measured. Also led us to believe the subfloor material was included in the cost. Found out it was not. You can imagine how angry I was. I said on no uncertain terms I will pay for that as an extra cost. I paid for only the additional cost of the 1/4 plywood after talking with a manager. At this point they wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. The installers were great. The lead installer (Hassan) had a great deal of experience & was very meticulous about how it was being installed & wanted to make sure we were happy with the end result. They put in the extra effort of staying late to make sure the job was completed on time. At the end of the day I was satisfied with the flooring but the color seemed darker than the sample. I hope there will not be any issues that arise. Also this company did not provide an itemized statement. I would have liked to see the breakdown of charges. They said it was corporate policy. Ugh.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very polite and friendly. A fantastic person to take care of my business with. I really enjoyed working with him. The entire team was outstanding, Dennis stayed in touch with me though the install. I recommend Refloor for your next project. Wonderful people to work with.
