I had a great experience with Chris my sales representative. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. There was so much to choose from and he helped me make the right decision. The carpet looks beautiful in my home not to mention the exceptional quality at a great price! I highly recommend Dalene Flooring….you will not be disappointed!
I called and set up an appointment for an estimate for new hardwood and tiling. An employee came out and took measurements, but I never received a quote. I called Dalene three times asking for the quote and they said it was forthcoming, but they never sent it. Waiting for their quote delayed our work on the house. We ended up going with Colonial Flooring and were pleased with their service and work.

Such a pleasant and hard-working gentleman! Everyone from the sales staff to the installers were so professional and easy to work with. Tony was an excellent sales rep who treated us kindly, was upfront with prices, and no sales gimmicks. Installation and removal was on time and done quickly and professionally. Our floors look amazing!
Our experience with Dalene Flooring was great from start to finish. After getting 2 estimates from other places, but not being happy with the customer service, we decided to get a third quote from Dalene. It was the best decision we could have made. The moment we walked in Tania came right over to help us decide exactly what we wanted. There was a mix up in the order for the materials but Tony stepped in and worked hard to make sure the correct materials were there for the installers in time to avoid a delay. The installers, Kendall and Steve, were experienced and very professional. I would recommend Dalene to anyone who wants quality work done at a fair price.
