I had a great experience with Chris my sales representative. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. There was so much to choose from and he helped me make the right decision. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate for new hardwood and tiling. An employee came out and took measurements, but I never received a quote. I called Dalene three times asking for the quote and they said it was forthcoming, but they never sent it. Waiting for their quote delayed our work on the house. We ended up going with Colonial Flooring and were pleased with their service and work.

She promptly and expeditiously returns phone calls and emails, and is extremely professional, incredibly knowledgeable about all products, and is always willing to go that one step above to assist! Absolutely love our new floor~we couldn't be more pleased! Also have to thank Kendall for a seamless and well-executed installation of my vinyl plank flooring. Such a pleasant and hard-working gentleman! He is truly a marvel!

While I'm sending accolades, also want to thank Jessica Lamesa at Dalene Flooring in Torrington for a fabulous job in coordinating and assisting in my bathroom floor renovation. I apologize for not recalling the installer's name, but he also did an excellent job of removing my old tile floor and installing the new one. We love the outcome!

Also thank you Dalene Flooring for all representatives who came to my house to measure, and discuss the flooring products we chose. They were equally amazing!

Our experience with Dalene Flooring was great from start to finish. After getting 2 estimates from other places, but not being happy with the customer service, we decided to get a third quote from Dalene. It was the best decision we could have made. The moment we walked in Tania came right over to help us decide exactly what we wanted. There was a mix up in the order for the materials but Tony stepped in and worked hard to make sure the correct materials were there for the installers in time to avoid a delay. The installers, Kendall and Steve, were experienced and very professional. I would recommend Dalene to anyone who wants quality work done at a fair price.
