They were professional, on time, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. They replaced old carpet with beautiful new flooring in both my bedroom and bathroom, and the results speak for themselves. In the bathroom, they also patched and repaired the subfloor, which was a big concern for me, and it came out exactly how we were hoping. Everything looks clean, solid, and professionally done. They paid attention to details, communicated clearly, and made sure all my needs were handled along the way. The space feels completely transformed. Luis and his crew did an amazing job. We had several quotes from local flooring companies but Luis prior work (came highly recommended) and how personable he was made a huge impact in making our decision to go with Smart Flooring. His crew was respectful, FAST, and the floors came out perfectly!! We used Smart Flooring to refinish our oak floors and also to change our kitchen floors from linoleum to oak. They did an incredible job and the floors look fantastic! The old floors had some stains, so they replaced boards to make the finished product look better. There is literally ZERO evidence of where the boards were replaced or where the new kitchen flooring connects to the existing dining room flooring..The final product looks so good- it makes the place look like a brand new house! In addition to the good pricing and fantastic results, Luis (Louis?) and his team were so friendly and professional from beginning to end, and flexible to work around our crazy schedules. They worked quickly but carefully, and gave us the feeling that we were more like family than a customer. They also worked neatly and cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
