We used Smart Flooring to refinish our oak floors and also to change our kitchen floors from linoleum to oak. They did an incredible job and the floors look fantastic! The old floors had some stains, so they replaced boards to make the finished product look better. There is literally ZERO evidence of where the boards were replaced or where the new kitchen flooring connects to the existing dining room flooring..The final product looks so good- it makes the place look like a brand new house!

In addition to the good pricing and fantastic results, Luis (Louis?) and his team were so friendly and professional from beginning to end, and flexible to work around our crazy schedules. They worked quickly but carefully, and gave us the feeling that we were more like family than a customer. They also worked neatly and cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have to tell you, working with Luis and his company Smart Flooring LLC could not have been better. From first contact (I called and left a message that he returned promptly), to coordinating with him to look at the job, to showing us a sample book to pick out the color/style of flooring, to scheduling the installation, it all went smoothly! In fact, I couldn't have asked for better service.
The reason I called Smart Flooring in the first place was because of a broken piece in a toilet (adjacent to the kitchen) in my mother's condo that caused the floor to flood, ruining the old laminate flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom. The remediation company came and dried the floor, while also tearing up the majority of the old laminate, requiring a whole new floor to be installed.
To add to the concern on my end, this job was at my mother's condo that I couldn't be at, but I needed to be in the loop about. Luis did a great job coordinating/working with my mother at the job site while also keeping me in the loop about everything.
Not only was the job done with great skill (please see the attached photos), but it was also done in seemingly no time at all. From the first day I talked to Luis until the job was completed, it only took 12 days (8 business days)!

My mom is ecstatic with her new kitchen and bathroom floors! I would highly recommend hiring Smart Flooring LLC for your flooring needs.

Smart Flooring installed new prefinished hardwood floors for our three family house. Even though it is an investment property, we didn’t want to sacrifice quality service and efficiency. We had tried other businesses, but we couldn’t find a company that could provide everything we expected in a flooring business. The team was professional, clean, and quick. They blew us away; we were so impressed by this knowledgeable and experience team. My husband and I can’t believe their expeditious handling of the project. When they were finished, they thoroughly cleaned each room. You would not be able to tell that someone had just finished a project on all three floors. It reminds me of the children’s story, “The Elves and the Shoemaker”, by Brothers Grimm. The flooring material was left, and they laid the wood flooring with such proficiency and skill that it came out more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. They finished installing the flooring within three days. Our search is over, we finally found a company that provides affordable prices, quality, workmanship, and expedited service.
