They did an amazing job. I had water damage in my kitchen so I had to remove the old laminate flooring. I had multiple companies give me an estimate and they were one if the few that could start the next day and at a price that beat the others by over 500.00. They installer was early to the appointment and was already set up before the start time which was great.
Really disappointed with this company for several reasons.1) They took 65% of materials and labor money upfront, not a normal practice for contractors2) They decided to add furniture moving charges later. This wasn’t included in the upfront quote even though all the furniture and carpet was clearly in the space when they measured.3) I had to buy additional tile because the SF measurement was short4) Poor/slow communication on scheduling, I’ve had to take a lot of valuable time out of my workday calling their office to try and get things done5) We still have yet to get our carpet installed. They have only completed about a third of the scope and have rescheduled the remaining portion twice over the last month. We are still waiting!
Amazing job. Very professional and great prices. They installed flooring I had gotten a while back and installed the baseboards. They worked with me throughout the process. Nothing but good things to say. Five Stars!

Highly recommend them! They did an incredible job with our laminate floor installation. The front office was very responsive during the estimate and ordering process. The installation crew showed up early, worked hard all day, and finished ahead of time. The crew was incredibly respectful and kind to work with. And the price for the materials and labor is unbeatable. We shopped around at all the flooring stores in the Reno area and no one could beat 5 Star Hardwood Flooring on price. But they did not sacrifice on quality or craftsmanship!
