Absolutely awful experience! Voided the SPC Max manufacturer's warranty upon installation by not following their published guidelines. Installed over tile on an unlevel floor, used no moisture barrier on concrete slab, installed obviously defective board (teal marker down the middle of it), multiple pattern repeats in noticeable places. When I pointed out the faulty installation to Ryan by having him visit my home after the job was complete, he tried to gaslight me by telling me his installer (his employee) did a great job, denied my requests for repairs, and said I would never be satisfied so he wouldn't do anything about it. Also, he performed this work with no NV contractors license and has been repriomanded and fined for that.UPDATE: Actual square footage that was installed was 1560 sf. I paid for 1800 sf. and services that were not performed - like replacing quarter round molding. Ryan is a con man, a thief and a liar, at least he was to me. He overcharged me for installation and products to the tune of thousands of dollars. He has not paid back to me or returned my boxes of flooring he stole from me, over 1.5 yrs later. I want my flooring back at least because the floor needs to be ripped out and redone. This is the floor of my NIGHTMARES and I walk it every day... Notice how there's no comment from Ryan? He knows what he intentionally did to me and what I write is the truth. So bad....
Ryan was very helpful in choosing the right flooring for our home. It can be very overwhelming with so many choices. His installer, Oscar and his crew did a great job and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Ryan and his team (David and Ivan) did an excellent job of transforming my home in November of 2023. It had 30+ year carpet on top of subfloor that was creaking and not level. They managed to get everything looking new just in time for my family to visit on thanksgiving. I waited a while to write the review, but things are still holding up nicely. They communicated throughout and felt like I was in good hands the entire time.Thanks team for all you’ve done!
We spoke with three flooring companies that just didn’t feel right for various reasons before we met Ryan from Just Floor It and hired them to remove our carpets and install LVP. The company name is fitting, as they completed our entire house in 6 days including baseboards and paint and drove to South Lake Tahoe from Reno and back each day. These guys are artists and after looking over the entire house, I would characterize their work as flawless. After the first two days, I also trusted their installers with a key to our home, which I never do. I’ve gone through several remodels over the years, and this is the ideal experience. You can add on services to your estimate such as moving furniture for you, painting the baseboards, and I imagine more. These guys made life easy when it mattered most.
