Spangler Floors was an absolute pleasure to work with. From coordination to install, everything was smooth and easy. They were quick to get someone out for a quote, which was a huge relief because getting quotes from other companies was a nightmare. We also got quotes from Home Depot, and Spangler beat them across the board. On top of that, they included baseboard removal and reinstallation instead of quarter round, offered a much higher quality vinyl plank, and better carpet overall. The install itself was quick and efficient, and every question we had was answered thoroughly. They truly went above and beyond by fixing floor creaks, repairing a chipped baseboard, and even addressing a chipped tile I asked about. Jeremy and his crew showed up on time, were professional and did a great job. The transformation of our home was spectacular. We had tile floors downstairs and they were fine, but it was definitely worth the investment to change it all out to LVP. We have dogs and the flooring is perfect for us and our fur family.
