We are happy with the results but the initial installation was pushed back a day and our cost went up $780 over the estimate (took away 1 star). Our house is over a 100 years old and the sub flooring in our kitchen and downstairs bathroom was far worse than anticipated. The first installer (they sent out) said he couldn't do the job and we thought we'd have to start over. But our helpful sales rep Brandon was able to get a team to come out the very next day (Saturday before Easter). The team was very professional (lead by Edward) and moved appliances (refrigerator and stove), toilet (installed new ring), replaced all subflooring, and installed the new top flooring as well as hauled away all debris. The floor now makes our kitchen and bathroom look new! Overall we made a good investment in our home at a reasonable price and recommend using Carpet Barn's Liquidation Center. Thanks guys!
