Zachary Hamilton, the store manager in Ozark, came out to measure our house. We put carpet in the bedrooms, carpet tiles in the basement and vinyl planks throughout the rest of our home. They installed the bedroom carpet first. The installer did a fine job. Next, the carpet tiles were installed in the basement. It looks okay, but the installer didn't get a bunch of them down good and they immediately started coming up. We sat heavy objects on them, but they're still coming up. Lastly, the vinyl planks were installed. The installers did an impressive job. They were two very young men and we were skeptical at first because of their age, but they did a wonderful job. After it was all done I had 6 boxes of vinyl planks leftover. I called Zachary to see if I could return them for a refund. I was told no because they were close out and besides being a close out we got a really good price at $2.39 sq ft. I'm disappointed he sold us way too much of the vinyl. I didn't get that great of a deal since I had to pay for way more than I needed.

This is our second flooring job with Discount Dave's. Amazing group to work with and they were quick with responses and fair on prices. I will absolutely use them again when time comes to do another flooring project.

I had purchased water proof flooring from Discount Dave’s in Springfield 4 months ago. At first I was so happy with the purchase we had made with the flooring and the way the room lighted up and changed it whole mood in the room with just the beautiful flooring! But then we started normally sweeping 2 times a day and swiffer mop every other day since the floors have been installed. Due to regular cleaning 6 to 7 seams throughout the floor have swelled and have started to split across the rooms. Stay away from their products! And stay away from them! If you’re a home owner spending hard earned money to better your home then don’t spend it here!
