I went to Carpet One to evaluate flooring options prior to listing our home for sale. My husband and I were debating cleaning vs installing new carpet and tile in a bathroom. Michelle and Rhonda helped me choose alternatives within budget. Where they really went above and beyond, though, was providing me recommendations on carpet cleaners so that we could clean the carpet first before making an additional monetary investment in new flooring. Their focus was on the customer, not upselling or being pushy. They were so nice, and I would not hesitate to buy from Carpet One in the future.

I'm so grateful for Carpet One!! They went above and beyond to help us get the exact right floor for our basement! It was hard to decide on the color and Jessica worked tirelessly to find the exact right flooring to match! They also provided as many large sample tiles as we needed. Rhonda, the manager even came to our house to make sure the install was going well and make sure we were happy!!
