I have worked with Di's Floor Centre twice now and have been so pleased with them! They are everything you would expect from a small local business. They appreciate your business and it shows. Danny is amazing to work with! He's very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you want and need. He answered all of my questions easily. I was in a difficult situation and truly appreciated the kindness and empathy that I was shown. I absolutely LOVE the flooring that he helped me choose! It looks even better than I expected and the installation happened in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!

We recently worked with Di’s on two flooring projects — our entire house with luxury vinyl plank and a 500 sq ft ADU — and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and truly exceptional.

Our salesperson, Kendra, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. She listened to our needs, helped us choose the perfect flooring solutions, and scheduled both projects exactly when we needed them. Kendra stayed in touch before, during, and after each install, making sure everything went perfectly and that we were completely satisfied.

This was our second time using Di’s, and once again they exceeded our expectations. The quality of their work, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding. We’ll definitely be returning to Di’s for any future flooring needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, well-installed flooring!

My entire experience was terrific! I called ahead with some personal concerns/apprehension and Danny immediately put me at ease. I went straight in to meet with him and discuss not only my options, but my path to pursuing the new floors. He listened and helped me choose what was right for me, and even selected the perfect installer. Gary with Tillery Floors and More did an excellent job with the installation and also follow-up. Danny even brought over some materials the day of installation due to a last minute change (on my part). I am so pleased with my new floors and am looking forward to having Di's (and Gary Tillery) work on the next stage of my home flooring refresh.

After searching locally and online for beautiful, waterproof and affordable flooring I was ready to give up. Then I stopped at Di's and was greeted by Nigel who patiently listened to my frustration and immediately showed me exactly what I was looking for. The product came from Washington State and arrived within a week. Rosendo installed it with amazing skill. It's stunning and completely transformed my '50's house. I will be forever grateful to Nigel, Rosendo and his wife Laura for making my house beautiful and within budget ??
