It is a one stop shop for me. It has everything I need for working around the house. Great selection and prices. The people who work there are fantastic! Every employee we spoke with was kind, cheerful, and helpful. I will not need to return in the future.

Seasoned Perspective on Jerry's Home Improvement Center

Only home improvement center I'll shop at, employee owned and just a great business. They offer such a wide selection of products you're bound to find what you need for your project, if not on the first visit you'll definitely get what you need on the 2nd or 3rd visit for that project you started. Staff have always been helpful, even if they don't know what they're talking about they'll do their best to help in any way they can. Good store, prices are comparable and they do price matching so that's come in helpful a few times when trying to save some money!

Always love jerry's!!!!!!!!! So knowledgeable, they have everything, and are a fun date night stop for newlyweds fixing up their first house. That was 20 years ago, and it's become a tradition! The house enjoys being well maintained, and we love having jerry's to do it! Greatly appreciate not having to go to a big box store because we love seeing our money remain in our local economy! Thanks to everyone on the team, for helping us Do It Ourselves :-D

I hate to even post this review but this is not the Jerry’s I accept.

So we came into buy a new bathroom set for our remodel. Everything went ok and the guy who helped us was great.

We came the next day at the appointed time and the tub/shower combo wasn’t there. They claimed it wasn’t in their system even though they sold it to me. I said ok, find an option. They had no other options except a different tub completely.

They called back two hours later to tell me they somehow found our item after our general contractor sat most of the day. So we were upset but understand things happen.

This morning, the next day, went in and after a 30 min wait I had to take my wife to her infusion as they again “look for the item”

I try and shop local but the current batch of people I have had to work with in Springfield are forcing us into a different option.

Commercials only go so far. Please fix these major issues this is out 7th flip in the last 6 months and I just can’t afford the delays they cause. This isn’t the first time just first review.

Better Head For Home Depot

Better selection but then the comparison stores we have in Eugene Springfield area. I do have to admit for things that are pretty or unique or different, I do like Lowe’s. But with that said, the Jerrys is so much better when it comes to building things because not only do they sell things in bulk but they sell it also by the foot so that way you don’t have to buy an entire box of some tubing or wire if you don’t want

I feel as if Jerry’s is more meant for the people that actually do projects rather than just buy the material for someone else to do them for them if that makes sense.

If I was to be doing a project from start to finish, I would go to Jerry’s to look for all the things that I wanted to be able to save some cash.

They always have really good deals on tools. I always get Dewalt stuff for my husband around memorial weekend. The sales are unbelievable on that weekend.
