Worker William should not be working with the public. He was extremely hostile during our interaction and repeatedly talked over me instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue. The lack of basic professionalism and communication made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Customer-facing roles require patience and respect, and this experience fell far below that standard.
