Could not be happier with the entire experience! We wanted floors to match what was in the rest of the house and we were on a time crunch as we were expecting. Michael was amazing to work with and very transparent about cost and timelines from the beginning. We had a small issue with the company sending the wrong floor but Michael worked very hard to get it fixed quickly. Our installer was also amazing and worked quickly to get the floors finished. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and highly recommend them.
I've been purchasing flooring from here for the last two and half years and this place is amazing. My wife and I have purchase flooring for our personal house and several of our rental properties. Each time we walk in we're never disappointed. We get quality flooring at great prices with excellent customer service that's unfortunately becoming rare these days. I will absolutely continue to buy flooring from here because they have the best and are the best flooring store here in Springfield.

Jon did the installation for us, and his attention to detail and craftsmanship were excellent. The floors look amazing, and the whole team made sure everything was done right. He was always friendly and understanding. Greg was my installer and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. My floor looks great - so happy I finally took the plunge!
Truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Flooring America. I worked with both Josh and Gabby and they were absolutely wonderful. While speaking with Josh about my dream flooring and price point he literally found me the perfect product that will work for my family’s lifestyle but also gave me the style and finish I was so hoping for. After choosing the flooring Gabby was able to talk me through the ordering process and got me the best possible price. Both team members have been so communicative and just amazing. Cannot recommend this location enough.
