Terik and Taylor from Parkland Floors did a fantastic job helping out with a small office renovation. We had some floating floor inserts that lasted a few years, but upon inspection Terik showed how the inserts were breaking down due to repetitive use, causing the gaps to widen. He suggested a glue down plank which is a common solution for offices and spaces with frequent foot traffic. They are highly efficient at what they do, Everything looked nice and clean after. 10/10 service, sales, and installation! These guys know their business! Kent and Taylor went above and beyond on helping us with our vinyl plank. Price was so competitive that we didn't even shop around. The install was impeccable, Taylor hands down is one of the most knowledgeable and meticulous installer I've ever come across. Sometimes these jobs turn into what feels like a total reno, Taylor covers everything!If you're looking for flooring with installation I would recommend parkland flooring 1000%!
This was a great experience from start to finish! From the first time my wife went to go look at the showroom, to the last da of install was an amazing experience. First off Terik showed my wife a score of different options, from styles to colours and everything in between. he was present, knowledgeable, and professional!She finally picked what she wanted (it was the first one he showed her, lol) and we arranged a installation date.a couple of hiccups changed the date (one on their side one on ours) and we were ready for install, we were informed of exactly what we need to do and what they would be taking care of.When Taylor arrived to install he was Very polite and professional, and I cannot say enough about how clean her left the place after every day of install! He even adjusted to a few changes we made along the way (we added new baseboards as well as some fancy vent covers)>We cannot recommend Parkland Floors enough!!thanks again, and when we do out basement we will not hesitate to call!Waylon and Jenn Robert
Very good job by Parkland Flooring! They replaced the main floor and second floor in a variety of flooring materials that transition seamlessly. The flooring workers really know their stuff, work quickly and accurately and clean up before they leave. I'd definitely hire them again!
