This is our go-to for flooring. Not only for the reasonable prices and the ease of the purchase, but for the friendly and knowledgeable staff and quick install. We are renovating a basement bedroom and went to see about flooring on Monday. Bill was such a great help and super nice guy. How thrilled were we when we were offered an install date two days later? Our installer Keith arrived on time and ready to go. In no time at all he was all done and packing up. I can’t say enough about how easy this whole process was! Thank you!
What an amazing experience. We visited End of the Roll to pick out new carpet for our upstairs, which was desperately needing replacement (see before and after photos). We’ve just had it installed this week — and I have to say from start to finish, we have been blown away by the excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and the quality of materials. Our measurements and quote were done quickly and efficiently, the installers were in and out in under 2 days. They did excellent work, everything looks perfect. We couldn’t be more happy that we chose End of the Roll. We will be using them again in a few months to do our LVP and tile for our main floor as well, without a doubt. Thanks for the awesome service!
Very disappointed with our experience. The carpet installed through End of the Roll (West End) has ongoing issues with tacks sticking up through the surface — something two other carpet companies confirmed should never happen. Contractors came back multiple times but the problem keeps returning. The red dots show where tacks are left sticking up, and have even left my child bleeding from stepping on them.The carpet itself is much thinner than expected, the padding around the perimeter wasn’t done properly, and the reused the old tacks without talking to us about it. We were even told not to walk near the walls to avoid tacks — which is not a reasonable solution. Despite emailing detailed concerns (with photos), we never received a reply from the manager Aaron.We chose End of the Roll because we thought it was reputable and trusted the store owner, but the service and response have been very disappointing. Customers should not be left covering costs to fix problems caused by poor product quality or installation.
Had a great experience start to finish, great pricing and great install crew. Had 2 rooms to do with carpet and they disposed of the old flooring as well. Looking forward to the next project!
