A fabulous experience from beginning to end! Each stage of our experience with Aristocrat Floors met or exceeded our expectations.
Valerie was exceptional and felt like an old friend in the way she helped guide me through the amazing selection of wood and tile flooring and wall options to ensure my wants and my budget met my needs. Her expertise and kindness were a refreshing surprise next to some other experiences my husband and I had while exploring our buying options.
Once Valerie had helped us feel comfortable, and even excited about our selections she introduced us to Thanh who seamlessly finalized the operational and installation part of our order. Thanh, who is very obviously an expert in his field, helped us feel comfortable and confident throughout the final negotiation, site visit, payment and installation stages. He assured us that we would be well taken care of and let me say, he is definitely a man of his word. Very nice to work with.
The installers were professional, highly skilled and adaptable when needed. Both Alishia and Peter were clearly adept and accommodating. It was a pleasure to have them on-site doing the work for us. Thanh stayed in touch to ensure all was going well and we are delighted with the end result.
We will be going back to Aristocrat Floors to finish up a few more projects we have on the go. We highly recommend that anyone looking for superior products and selection, reasonable prices and exceptional, genuine and caring service do too!

I needed to match some existing backsplash and floor tile for a small niche above the stove. The staff at Aristocrat helped me find tile and provided some design ideas that not only worked but turned out beautiful. From the moment we walked in, Tania was friendly and helpful. Veteran crew, respectful of impact on home interior, applied protective covers to adjacent hardwood floors and kitchen counters, and installed extensive dust containment prior to commencing demolition.
While subfloor was in great shape, tilers placed additional screws to ensure floor remained quiet for years to come.

Excellent workmanship completed efficiently to minimize disruption from a major task.
