Aristocrat Floors

A fabulous experience from beginning to end! Each stage of our experience with Aristocrat Floors met or exceeded our expectations. Valerie was exceptional and felt like an old friend in the way she helped guide me through the amazing selection of wood and tile flooring and wall options to ensure my wants and my budget met my needs. Her expertise and kindness were a refreshing surprise next to some other experiences my husband and I had while exploring our buying options. Once Valerie had helped us feel comfortable, and even excited about our selections she introduced us to Thanh who seamlessly finalized the operational and installation part of our order. Thanh, who is very obviously an expert in his field, helped us feel comfortable and confident throughout the final negotiation, site visit, payment and installation stages. He assured us that we would be well taken care of and let me say, he is definitely a man of his word. Very nice to work with. The installers were professional, highly skilled and adaptable when needed. Both Alishia and Peter were clearly adept and accommodating. It was a pleasure to have them on-site doing the work for us. Thanh stayed in touch to ensure all was going well and we are delighted with the end result. We will be going back to Aristocrat Floors to finish up a few more projects we have on the go. We highly recommend that anyone looking for superior products and selection, reasonable prices and exceptional, genuine and caring service do too! Wishing continued success to all of the Aristocrat Gang! Kindest regards, Marty and Lindy Mazzarella

Shauna at Aristocrat Floors was incredible to work with! She helped design our bathroom and completely exceeded our vision. She listened carefully to what we wanted and elevated it with her expertise and design eye. The whole process felt easy and collaborative, and the finished space is stunning. We couldn’t be happier!

Incredible experience from start to finish We had an excellent experience with Aristocrat Flooring from start to finish. Allen was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in making sure we felt confident and informed throughout the process. The installer was equally impressive: professional, punctual, respectful of our home, and meticulous in their work. The space was left clean, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. Everything unfolded exactly as promised, on schedule, and without any surprises. We genuinely feel we received great value for what we ordered, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aristocrat Flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring and a smooth, stress-free experience.
