We had all of our main floor and stairs to the basement done excluding the bathroom. All of the old carpet and kitchen flooring was removed . We were very happy that they moved all of the heavy furniture as well as the fridge and stove. all of the cutting of material was done outside of the home which made it very easy for breathing .When finished we were very impressed with the final results.We would recommend imperial flooring for anyone looking for professional results done by friendly staff and owner.
GREAT EXPERIENCEWe hired IHF to put vinyl flooring on our staircases, living room, dining room and hallway. They also removed the popcorn wall in the hallway. Jurgen and his team were very easy to deal with. Jurgen gave us great advise on matching colours to our existing floors and finish on the staircase spindles. His Quote was open and straight forward, no hidden or additional fees. He also popped in regularly to check on the progress.Project was done on time and little issues were addressed promptly. Jurgen also did a final walk through with us after job completion to make sure everything was done as we initially decided.We are very happy with our new floors and the quality of work performed. Fantastic job of refinishing our white ash hardwood floors. Looks absolutely great now!!!!! The floors were all discolored, worn and faded after years of neglect. Now look like new and fresh. Highly recommend IHF! one note,....., make sure you cover all of your furniture, etc and seal doors . There was a lot of unexpected 'dust'.
We had our old hardwood flooring removed and replaced with hardwood flooring that is better suited to the rest of the decor in our home.That crew at Imperial Harwood Flooring are very skilled craftsmen, I personally observed the entire process and was impressed with their professionalism and superior skill level.The job was a large project as we also had two additional rooms added so that the entire main and upper levels of our home are hardwood flooring throughout. All the previous hardwood floors and carpeting were removed and disposed of or recycled as an inclusion in the quote.Jurgen visited to ensure that the project was running smoothly during the process and also followed up after completion to ensure that the job was completed to our and his satisfaction.The quote costs and timelines were exactly as written and verbally communicated with no additions, deviations or unexpected surprises.It was our pleasure to have enjoyed an exceptional experience with a locally owned company.
