Wow! I don't know if I can leave a good enough review for the service we received. But, I will attempt to express myself, regardless. Monday my husband and I decided we needed to get our new rental carpeted so we can get it on the market. We should've done this a while back, but had a bunch of family emergencies etc.. I called Home Flooring Connection while we were driving back from another carpet place. The other folks said they'd take about a week to install if they had the carpet in stock and a couple of weeks if they needed to order it. So, when Brent answered the phone and told me they had some in stock and could get it done this week, I was elated. When he gave me the approximate cost, I felt blessed. It was significantly lower. We stopped by their store, saw the carpet and Jonathan came over to measure it within an hour. This was Monday. By Tuesday they were done! Not only were they extremely fast & very reasonably priced, but included the old carpet removal at no extra cost. The installation was also very well done. I've had other carpets installed and sometimes the finish hasn't been as good. If I could give them more stars I would! I was probably blessed to have called at right moment when and all the stars aligned. But, I know that the quick response time and the hard work was not because of luck. It's because they are professional and get the job done as soon as they can. Thank you so much Brent, Jon and Jorge!
