Reviews
What customers say
Customers describe staff as helpful and friendly, and one says staff assisted with tile selection in the showroom. A customer says the showroom referred people looking to buy tile to a local retailer. Another reports oak flooring lifting across a 1,750-square-foot area and says the inspection attributed it to installation without examining the product they had in a box; the same customer reports slow follow-up in locating the invoice.
Customer Reviews
Karla Connolly
Northern Woods - Oak flooring lifting all over the 1,750 square ft. Inspection occurred (twice due to staffing issues) and they deemed it an installer error without even inspecting the product I have in a box. It took almost 2 weeks to find my invoice and I received terribly slow service.
Wilf Lockyer
Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great doing business with these folks.

Centura is a flooring wholesaler and a great place to pick out tiles in their large showroom with the help of their very helpful staff. While they will not directly sell you tile they will refer you to a local retailer.
Centura also stocks a large inventory of tiling supplies and tools and are a supplier of the full line of Schluter products ie. Kerdi Board, Ditra and Ditra Heat, Kerdi Membrane as well as shower trays. Everything you will need for your custom shower install.
Staff on the service desk are extremely helpful.
Dom Rosa
Super helpful staff, great selection of material and great prices. Highly recommend. A+
Adam Lask
Incredibly disinterested and rude staff. You almost have to beg to be served and it feels like they don't want you to interupt their busy day looking at their computer screens. Best avoided.
