Frank was great to work with. He listened to what we were hoping for, helped us understand our options, and was diligent about communicating with us every step of the way. Mike did the install, and he did a fantastic job. I know the curveballs we threw his way couldn’t have made things easy, but he was patient and kind throughout the project. Camille from the office was a prompt and clear communicator. Photos are of the newly installed luxury vinyl planking in the dining room, kitchen, and hall. We had three projects for CBL Floors and they did a great job on all three. We had two inset carpets in front of the front and side door replaced. We recarpeted the stairs to the second floor. And they made us a custom area rug for the living room. They were on time, efficient, wore masks and social distanced and finished all the jobs in one day. Love the patterns they helped us choose and the price was very reasonable. They took all the old materials and cleaned up everything when they were done. Would highly recommend this local, family operated business.
We had gross, old, dirty carpeting from the previous owners of our home-- and CBL provided us with an extremely welcome and nice change! The process of getting our Shaw carpet installed was very easy. I never felt pressured into buying an expensive product or paying for services I didn't need. They also came in and measured our entire house & provided design ideas because we're looking to update flooring upstairs too. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely come to CBL again with my flooring needs.
Best place for all your flooring needs! Frank and the entire team were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had an unsightly trap door in our cabin floor, but using their expertise and ingenuity, the installers made it look AMAZING!
