You can get carpet most anywhere and usually for pretty close to the same price. It is the process of getting the old removed and the new installed that is the image of difference for most companies and at Schneider Carpet One they stand out in these areas.We found a wonderful carpet that met all our requirements at Schneider. As noted, probably could have found it at most flooring stores. The price was very fair when compared to others. The process of the project is what made us so happy with the finished product.Our sales rep (Patrick) met with us twice at our home to ensure we understood our responsibilities (and you will have plenty) and theirs for the project. When the removal team showed up they were more than prepared to complete their tasks and were very careful with our belongings. In and out in less time than we thought it would take. The install crew was the same way, careful with our items and letting us know along the way of their process and their progress. It was a four day process, two days of removal and two of install, and each time the crews were always done ahead of the time they had initially quoted us upon their arrival. Our home has many different types of flooring, wood, granite, the newly installed carpet and some carpet that had previously been installed. In each case where the new and the former flooring styles abutted the seams were terrific. Setting the carpet to meet the wood or granite was done perfectly. And the cleanup and reinstallation of our furniture was also completed with a great deal of care for our home.I could not recommend Schneider Carpet One more. They treated our home like it was theirs. The follow up was also tremendous making sure we were happy and the job was done right. Always good to find a company that still does business with the customer in mind.
Curt and his team were amazing! We had project's that were spaced out and they were able to adjust their schedules to fit our needs.The quality of the work was excellent- they exceeded my expectations!
Schneider Carpet One is a wonderful store with the best selection I’ve seen. We’re from downstate Illinois and had been looking for certain colors and real linoleum but unable to find it even close to our area. I walked into Schneider while visiting my daughter and there it was! Patrick Tierney was accommodating and knowledgeable and arranged to have it shipped to a store close to us. A+ excellent customer service! We are extremely happy with our floors and encourage anyone to go to Schneider!
