Very informative, knowledgeable and professional sales staff at Mid-Rivers location made our many trips with samples a very pleasing experience.When materials were delivered we had a small issue with delivery. Sales staff responded to our concerns that same day and we even received an email from company owner at midnight asking what he could do to make sure everything was correct.The sales staff and warehouse team were on sight at our house within 24 hours to sort and inspect materials to guarantee oursatisfaction.Installation is schedule next week by independent contractors but Boardwalk Hardwoods has guaranteed any material we are not happy with on installation will be replaced asap.Not certain how you could ask for anything more from a company… competent sales force, competitively priced, and a company owner that is hands on and guarantees satisfaction.
