Home Town provided excellent service. Susan helped us select our carpet by explaining the benefits of each carpet and pad. We got other bids but went with Home Town because they are locally owned and easy to work with. I would gladly recommend them to family and friends

Wow - couldn't be more impressed with Hometown's customer service from initial visit all the way through installation. We had a big job (something like 80+ boxes of hardwood) to convert all of the carpeted area on our main floor to hardwood floors. Hometown took great care to make sure that we were picking the right colors and that our new floors would be the right choice for a wheelchair accessible environment. As for installation, Alex and team were AWESOME and took great care of us. We will likely need our lower level done at some point and we won't go anywhere else. Thank you, Hometown!
Alex Leo and Douglas did a great job replacing the carpet on my spiral staircase. They wer on ti.e, professional and did great work. The job wa more difficult than expected and took an extra day but turned out great. Highly recommend HomeTown Floors.
