New floors are spectacular. Installers were very courteous & professional. - However, just about every inch of our house is covered in sawdust from cutting pieces of flooring. It is AWFUL! Top of fridge. Cabinets. Appliances. Garage is a disaster where most pieces were cut. The furniture that was moved into the garage should have been covered because all is now covered in sawdust. Is this common business practice and customer care MICHAELs condones?! As it stands it will take hours to clean. Suggest MICHAELs should contract a cleaning service to follow up after every job. That way installers can focus on what they do best. Additionally, I will add that right after installers left we noticed a chip in one of the panels in the living room. Hopefully they will fix this. That’s it.

Michaels absolutely stands behind their quality goals. They made every effort to make sure the work was done correctly and exactly to our specifications. Sonny installed our backsplash and easily communicated with us to make sure he understood the layout and design during the process. The workmanship was top notch and we couldn’t be more pleased. Shout out to salesman Mike C for helping us with product selections and holding my hand through multiple installations. We would definitely use Michael’s again for all of our tiling and flooring needs.

Working with Michael’s Flooring was great from start to finish. Mike C at the St. Peters location was helpful in choosing the carpet, Nick was great when he came to measure the room and finally Garcia Aracelia and his crew were awesome when they installed the new carpet. They were prompt and cleaned up before they left. I would 100% recommend Michael’s for your flooring needs!
