My partner and I had a great experience with Lumber Liquidators. We had about 1,000 sq ft of solid maple installed on our second floor to replace carpeting. Janelle was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. We got a great deal on the flooring. The installers (Diversified) were really nice guys and they got the job done quickly. The floors are brand new so I can't vouch for longevity, but I think they look good and I'm stoked on what we paid. We went to several other area stores as we shopped and kept coming back to LL for the combination of personal attention, lack of hard sell, selection, and price. Big thanks to LL, Janelle and team. It felt like they really cared about our happiness ??.
The customer service we received was outstanding! Janelle was so helpful in guiding us in choosing flooring and baseboards. She went above and beyond! Our install team was equally as awesome and got our install and baseboards done in record time.
After mulling over on what we wanted to do with our floors, we decided to swing by LL to see if we could make our project more budget friendly. Luckily, we found Janelle who gave us options that were within our range and also found a very nice baseboard for us that was on a special sale (Almost half of what we would’ve paid at Lowe’s). It did require driving across the state to pick it up in Melbourne, but at saving $800 it was definitely worth it. The installation team was very professional and did top quality work in less time than they said it would take. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the whole product and process.
We looked at several different vinyl flooring. Unfortunately, the one I like the most was back ordered, and not do in anytime soon.We still haven't decided on one yet. We have a lot of other stuff going on with the new house anyways it's not a priority.
My first experience with the LL St Petersburg store was all I could hope for. The company installing vinyl in a whole house renovation looked at a sample we wanted from a big box store and said it was a decent product but he recommended we check out LL before we made out choice because of the higher quality product. Fabulous experience from beginning to end. I had extra boxes that were not used, they took back the product and gave me a refund. Best experience from beginning to end!
