I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Ideal Tile to select my kitchen backsplash! Anne is a tile genius. She clearly has such an eye for design - I explained my ideas to her and she immediately had several different suggestions that each would have worked beautifully in our space. She has a real knack for complementing colors, and helped me find a one-of-a-kind tile for our backsplash (that was so unique that when it was backordered for a few months, it ended up being impossible to imitate/duplicate despite checking a lot of other tile stores!) They were so kind, patient, thoughtful, and considerate throughout the entire process - I can't say enough good things about this store and their staff. Loved them! They're brilliant! Five stars all the way!
