I’m sorry to say that we did not have a good experience with Morris, in regards to their flooring. When we hired them, we were told that they would not move the stove or dishwasher but could move the refrigerator. In the estimate they included a fee for moving the refrigerator. That was understood from the beginning. We hired a plumber to move the two other appliances the day before the install. On the day of install we were told that we would have to hire someone else to move the refrigerator because it was too wide to fit thru the door and would need the doors removed. I spoke with the owner and he said that he could not afford the liability or accept the responsibility of moving it. We were told from the start that they could move it and our decision to go ahead with the work was based on that information. At this point we had all ready hired a plumber at $125 an hour to move the other appliances. As the subject matter experts we trusted them and took them at their word. We didn’t know anyone to remove the doors and my spouse was out of town for the week. I have no idea how long it would have taken to find someone and to go without a stove that entire time. We did not go ahead with the installation and will have to get the plumber back to reinstall the appliances. A total waste of money and time.
We purchased Graber shutters for entire house (except basement and laundry room) on two different orders in July and August and were extremely pleased with both the product and the installation. Chad Simmons provided valuable product information and recommendations as a part of the ordering process. He is an excellent carpenter and installer who took the time to true up windows so the shutters fit and worked as they should. It was obvious that he took pride in his work and went out of his way to be sure we, as customers, were totally satisfied with both the product and the installation. We highly recommend the Graber shutter products and Chad's expertise and knowledge.
I highly recommend Morris Paint for blinds. I placed a large order through Costco which included a variety of different styles in various areas of my house, such as automated roller blinds, cordless lift cellular shades, and traditional wooden ones. Chad, the specialist at Morris, was extremely diligent in helping me find the right style and price for each of my needs. The install went great, especially with the challenges of automation, and I’m very happy with how that all turned out, as well as the actual Graber products. I will definitely look to this company again for future blinds needs!
I am very happy with the service received at the store and in my home during installation of my new window blinds. The staff at the store answered my questions about the type of blinds available and set up an in-home appointment that was convenient for me. The sales person that came to my home with samples was able to answer my questions and help me make the best decision for my living space. The staff that installed the window blinds were courteous and carefully read the installation instructions before putting up the blinds. It was done expertly and quickly. The blinds are easy to use and look great.
We have a new construction home and needed blinds for the whole house. Working with the Costco contractor for our area, Morris Paint & Floor Covering in Staunton, has been a very pleasant experience! Matt, our primary contact, was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. His measurements were spot on! The installer was here when they said he would be and was very efficient! Every communication was answered right away and we are loving the Graber blinds! We have been very pleased with every aspect of our interactions with Morris Paint! Thanks, guys, for doing a superior job!
