I’m sharing this from review only based on this single visit. Every other visit I’ve made to Higginbotham Brothers in any location has been incredible. However, today was a bit different. Unfortunately, the Stephenville location has a young lady working there who’s redheaded with glasses that absolutely does not understand the term customer service. Rather than having a conversation to discover what piece I might need she simply said “we really can’t help you”. You would think she would ask for assistance from someone with more product knowledge, however she just blew me off and went on her way. I even said I guess I’ll drive over to McCoys lumber and see if they can help and she said “thanks. See you later”. We’re talking simple screws for a junction box. I’m concerned she may not even know what that is. Oh well, off to their competitor.
I will certainly go back but she is on the list of retail associates to avoid.

AMAZING! Austin jumped in there as SOON as we walked through the door, went straight to the area in the store and helped with a project that was the IMPOSSIBLE for 5 other stops in the area. I am so impressed that he took the time and how he was able to think outside the box. Thanks Austin you are appreciated!
