This store is a standout! Unlike many other locations in the Bay Area, the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Jose and Kaitlin at Floor & Decor were amazing to work with. Kaitlin was very friendly and welcoming when I first spoke with her, which set the tone right away. Jose truly went above and beyond he took the time to show me multiple tile options, including ones that closely resembled the style I liked, so I could really explore all my choices.We even went over grout options, and he explained the cleaning products for my existing shower tiles in a way that actually made sense. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and he made the entire process feel easy instead of overwhelming. From selecting the right quantity to checkout pricing, everything was smooth, and I walked out feeling confident in my purchase. Highly recommend working with both of them!
I’ve gone to Floor & Decor two times before trying to find the right flooring. On my third visit, Larry was walking by and offered some help. I explained that I was on a budget, but I need LVP and gave him a few things I was trying to match. He pointed me to the trending two on the end cap and they weren’t calling to me, but then we walked over to the selection that was in my price range. Not only was I able to find one that matched the colors I needed, but it was below the price I was looking for!! Larry walked me over to the register where Kaitlin was waiting to take my order. I needed it to be picked up in Roseville because that’s where my project was located, however to my dismay the Stockton location was the only one with them in stock! Larry did the math and noticed that my vehicle would be able to haul the boxes with no problems.Larry and Kaitlin made this process a breeze. I am looking forward to doing more business with Floor & Decor.
Their selection and prices are always top notch customer service is lacking but it’s Stockton so I don’t really expect much on that front.***Recently went again 3/31 and they were out of the floor I needed 8 more boxes since I was short and had more on the higher shelves and a woman told me that they can’t help me get it down until I place the order which is wild… I am ready to buy it they were signing a card for someone I am all for saying bye or happy birthday but if you are getting paid to work… like I said if time as a pro is important this is definitely a pass.
