Flooring Pross

The owner is so rude has a very bad attitude. I called him he said I can pick up the floors on Monday the Labor Day weekend. He told me it will be closed but he will open for me. I hired a truck and paid driver and when I called him he never picked up my phone or nor answered me. When I went to pick up on Tuesday and ask him he started fight and using bad words. I won’t recommend to anyone.

I called 1 day before, to be sure of the daily schedule, known the schedule 9 am to 4.30 pm, I show up before 2 pm, i found closed, then I called tho number of the website, the guy said, had to go out for lunch, so I asked what time he will be back, and he said 10 minutes, and said just I'm driving back.. (ok. I thought...) i was waiting, 20, 30,minutes, 20 minutes before 3pm I sent a txt message asking if almost back, and nothing... 3o'clock, I called, and never answer, pretty bad service, had to go to ABC tile Dorado and Hammer ln. My delivery day was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day at 8:00 am. The following day, No one showed up and neither did I receive a call from the vendor. I called starting at around 8:15 am but no one answered so I left at least two messages. I decided to go to the store. As soon as I arrived , the clerk said that I needed to speak to a male that was rearranging some baseboards. The clerk said he was the owner. He said there was a problem. I inquired about not receiving a phone call; he did not acknowledged my question and stated “I can deliver tomorrow”. I informed him that I had missed work and that I called at least twice. He immediately said again “do you want it delivered tomorrow or get your money back”. His attitude and body language was very arrogant. Obviously he did not care about loosing my small order. I did let him know that I was shocked about the poor customer service and treatment I was receiving. Mind you he was the owner. I will never return to this place. If I could I would give 0 stars.
