Our experience with this company has been nothing but disappointing.We paid for carpet and were called two weeks later to be told it was out of stock. We had to choose another, but communication was poor from the start. An installer even showed up without our knowledge — despite the fact that we had told them our railing needed to be finished first — and we had to send him away.When the carpet was finally installed, the quality was terrible. It’s already shredding, the installation is loose and bubbling, and the edge at the bullnose isn’t even tucked properly, making it look awful. When we raised our concerns, the installer’s solution was, “well, don’t vacuum too hard.” Unacceptable. Staples are falling out, the carpet is loose, and he left shreds all over after the job.When you pay $1,000 for installation, you expect professional work and a product that will last. Instead, we’re left with a mess and a carpet that looks awful.
Omar was a great help in helping me find a carpet that was extremely durable. It also needed to handle a lot of foot traffic. We are very satisfied with the quality of the carpet.
We cannot recommend End of the Roll enough. We enquired and got quotes from many places for carpet removal and flooring install. Immediately upon meeting Rob at the store, we were sold.
